We contacted Mandy Pecher in May 2012 and filed paperwork for my wife's green card in June 2012. She kept us informed about the processes for the following months in 2012 - but totally disappeared in 2013. It's May 2013 now and we haven't heard from her for months. We called the agency that takes care of immigrations as we were really getting worried about things - and they told us that they contacted her beginning of 2013 concerning a handling fee which to this day is still open...
