I hired Mr. Douglas and after only four weeks realized his office was very unorganized and did not communicate details my case very well. It seemed like he was giving other cases much more attention. Upon termination of our relationship, I believe Mr. Douglas inflated the final invoice which totaled over $5,000. Upon contesting the final invoice he wrote a nice letter inviting me to discuss my complaint but then ignored subsequent emails and phone calls. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Would not recommend for anything important.
