I hired Darren Vance back in 2004. He was a super nice guy but being nice to your client isn't enough to cut it. My case went on for 2 years of continuance and when in court when trial actually took place he let the DA and judge sentence without trying to even put up a fight and he seemed intimidated in court. To put the icing on the cake he never made sure the case was closed and I had to hire another lawyer to have the charge which should have been easily beaten, esponged and closed 13 years later so I could get my hunting rights back. Very unprofessional but again a super nice guy I just wouldn't use him if he was the last lawyer left on earth.
