About

            Hana Rose Kondratyuk is a member of the Firm’s RealEstate and Banking Practice Group, where she concentrates her practice on communityassociation law including the legal counseling of condominium and homeowners associations, commercialand residential real estate transactions, and all aspects of estate planning and administration.             Prior tojoining O’Malley, Miles, Nylen & Gilmore, P.A., Mrs. Kondratyuk had theunique distinction of clerking for Mr. Michael Mannes, who is regarded as oneof the foremost authorities on homeowner association and condominium law.  In that position, Mrs. Kondratyuk gainedexperience enforcing covenants, examining and interpreting various associationcreation documents, drafting declarations, bylaws, amendments, and rules, aswell as in collecting assessments and preparing foreclosure actions.  As an attorney, Mrs. Kondratyuk has assistedher community association clients by examiningtheir condominium and homeowners association documents, implementing andoverseeing association assessment collection, securing liens for unpaidassessments, and guiding her clients through the complex foreclosure process.             Mrs.Kondratyuk has recently been awarded membership to the Heuisler Honor Societyafter graduating magna cum laude fromthe University of Baltimore School of Law with a concentration in RealEstate.  While in law school, Mrs.Kondratyuk served as the Articles Editor on the School of Law’sJournal of Environmental Law and, in2007, the Journal of Environmental Law publishedher article entitled Potomac Riverkeeper Inc. v. Nat’l CapitalSkeet & Trap Club, Inc.  Mrs.Kondratyuk received numerous awards in law school, including the Highest Gradesin Maryland Civil Procedure, Environmental Law, Commercial Law, and Sales andLeases.  Mrs. Kondratyuk received her B.A., suma cum laude, from Towson University.             Mrs. Kondratyuk is a member of theJewish National Foundation and is active in the Maryland State Bar Associationwhere she is a member of the Young Lawyers Section.  Mrs. Kondratyuk is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court of Maryland.
