Lynn Maier, PC is a knowledgeable, highly skilled attorney with impeccable integrity. She thoughtfully researched all relevant aspects of my case in order to present a compelling and ultimately winning argument on my behalf.

Lynn is a highly ethical attorney whose expert knowledge of the law, diplomatic handling of court room protocol, and commitment to excellence in her research and case preparation all combine to make her exactly the attorney I wanted and needed! While always completely professional, she was also able to offer appropriate empathy during difficult moments in the legal proceedings. I remain grateful to have had her by my side and watching my back through a the toughest period of my life.

I was very happy with Lynn as my divorce lawyer. My ex-husband and I didn't wish to go to court and had an amiable divorce. She understood that and would recommend the solutions that first involved talking to him rather than go through lawyers right away. She let me know that I had reached more than fair alimony agreements, rather than push for more, get the other party alienated, and maybe not get what I did on my own, which is sometimes what you hear about cut throat lawyers. When she realized that I had health problems, she suggested we include a clause in the agreement that gave me peace of mind in case the worst case scenarios were to happen.

I met Lynn during the worst period of my life....my divorce. I was lost quite frankly and didn't know which way was up, where to start, what to do, etc....Lynn held my hand throughout, listened to my concerns and priorities and got me the settlement I wanted and more importantly, needed. She also made sure I didn't let my emotions drive my decision making, pointing out numerous points of law and my rights, which I was ready to ignore "just to make this go away." She protected me. She was also there during some very, very dark times when I would call or email feeling completely overwhelmed. She calmed me down and reassured me. Most impressively, she was there for me. Even during a holiday weekend, I left a message after a particularly ugly incident with my now ex-wife, and I got a quick call back and great advice. She answered my endless litany of questions, none of them "stupid" to her, despite the fact I now know some clearly were. Lynn was also extremely prepared when we met. All papers ready to go, materials set up for my review, clear instructions and directions on what I needed to do. She was also great at prepping me for next steps, laying out timelines for everything so I wouldn't be surprised by anything that happened. Look, I wouldn't wish divorce on anybody. It sucks, plain and simple. However, if you are going through one, I highly recommend Lynn to represent your interests. I couldn't imagine a more informed guide to lead you and a better guardian to protect your interests. And so help me, if I ever lost my mind and got married again and then divorced, Lynn would be my first call.

Lynn Maier handled my divorce in 2010. She was amazing as she had my trust the entire time of the process. She was always forthright and honest and led me thru every step of the way. There were never any surprises and I always felt prepared for the next steps whether good, bad or indifferent. Lynn was always responsive during the process and not once did she ever make me feel like she wasn't involved. She is totally hands on and even after the divorce was finalized would call or email to check in to see how things were going. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the laws and when she wasn't sure about an issue she wasn't familiar with she made sure to connect with an attorney who did. I would highly endorse and recommend Lynn.

I was very impressed with the representation I received from Lynn Maier throughout my divorce proceedings. Because of her knowledge, expertise and strengths, I came away from a diffult situation with more than I expected. I was constantly kept informed; I never had to call twice to get an answer to a question. I was very appreciative of her and her wonderful paralegal's efficiency, compassion and sympathy to me as I went through a difficult time. She handled the "opposition" with class and intelligence. I feel I was very lucky to have her as my lawyer.
