I used her as a mediator for creating a property settlement in a divorce. She was overall a very fair and unbiased mediator. She also works quickly and efficiently. Her approach is facilitative mediation.

I highly recommend Lynn Fletcher as an attorney in the collaborative divorce process. I was really determined to go through with this process even though there were challenges with asset disclosure. It was an emotional time and Lynn's compassionate counsel made a difficult process less scary. In addition her knowledge of the collaborative divorce process helped keep us on track even with the challenges.

Divorce ain't easy. Lynn Fletcher effectively guided and assisted me to meet my goals - an amicable, equitable, and expeditious dissolution of my marriage - with minimal conflict and reasonable cost! Her legal and emotional support helped make the best of a bad situation. I have referred Lynn to others. Their experience was similar.

Lynn represented my interests in my divorce last year. She did an excellent job, and importantly knew more than my spouse's lawyer. She helped me through some confusing issues and knew what needed to be done wrt the government and court system (although she leans on the mediation side and does not herself go to court). The "good"s above are probably an issue of bad timing: there were some personal issues she needed to handle and was therefore sometimes unavailable. She was also respectful of me: divorce can be hard and I always felt she was on my side. And she was always respectful of my time: when we had an appointment, she never kept me waiting.

Lynn is very professional mediator and, bottom line, her services enabled my ex-wife and I to resolve our dispute so that we could file for divorce. When either of us got emotionally hung up on a point, she was able to walk us back to a more dispassionate place so that we could refocus on getting some closure. Overall, I was satisfied and I would recommend Lynn to others. She is a mediation-friendly attorney who can help her clients avoid the financially and emotionally costly process of litigation.
