The estate is a mess, none of the heirs have received their rightful payments and Lyle submitted additional billing to the court of which he had already been paid. I hired another attorney who got me reinstated as PR but it was too late to save some of the estate assets, one of the heirs sold the most valuable items at pawn and these cannot be recovered. A disabled heir received far less than they should have due to Lyle's incompetence.
