Curley Law Firm has been in my family's corner for quite some time now. Attorney Lucy Budman set up my parent's Will and Trust years ago and when it came time to unfortunately put my dad into a nursing home Lucy and her team were there to essentially do all the hard work. At first, I thought I could do it, but No Way! Att. Budman, Lynne and Debbie handled everything with the nursing home, MA Health, insurance co, etc. Not only did my mom and my siblings have far less stress, we were able to retain much more in assets because of the Curley Law Firm.
I can’t say enough great things about Curley Law firm. We had a short period of time to work with and the team of Attorney Lucy Budman, Lynne and Debbie. They were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us the guidance we needed to help us make the right decisions in a recent elder law planning event. When I have to go through elder law for my own planning purposes I will will do doubt be using their services!
I originally met Lucy Budman when my mother set up her Irrevocable Trust almost 5 years ago. I had agreed to act as the Trustee for my mom's Irrevocable Trust, and Lucy was extremely helpful to both of us while we did all the legal paperwork . Later on, Mom met with her for changes to her will, and various financial issues that came up. Lucy Budman is very personable , knowledgeable , patient, and explains all the details thoroughly , always answering whatever questions come to mind. After my mother passed away last year, Lucy was always there for us, answering all our questions, our annoying phone calls, and addressing all our needs. We've almost finished all of our distributions , taxes, and house deed changes, now we're moving on to our Will. As she has been for the last 5 years, Lucy Budman is still there for us. Could not ask for a more competent attorney ! Highly recommend !
