Attorney Goldsby is currently an Associate at Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, professional liability and insurance defense matters. Thus far in her legal practice, Attorney Goldsby has gained extensive experience in pretrial and trial proceedings. She has taken and defended over ninety depositions and completed four jury trials to verdict. Attorney Goldsby’s clients have included insurance companies, municipalities, product manufacturers, and school districts.Attorney Goldsby is also the Founder and Principal of Black Esquire LLC, a membership-based organization that provides opportunities and resources for black and minority legal professionals. She received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and her A.B. from Bryn Mawr College. She currently serves as President-Elect for the George W. Crawford Black Bar Association and on the Executive Committee of the CBA Young Lawyers Section. She is also on the Board of Directors for the ACLU of Connecticut and the Lawyer's Collaborative for Diversity.
