I am very happy the way you handle my case from start to the end very profesional and on top of all the procedures whith all matters.
Met with Mr. Cragg one time. In that meeting, he stated he would be proactive on working on my case and to please give him several months before contacting him again concerning progress of my case. Even after attempted contact on my end after six months of waiting, my next communication did not come from Mr. Cragg until a year later advertising his new law firm affiliation. About two weeks after, I received an envelope containing all of the paperwork I had submitted at the time of our initial meeting accompanied by a letter stating that he would no longer be working on my case.
