Prior to the close on our house, my attorney and I had a conversation to baseline my expectations, especially in regards to communications. I felt that I had to micromanage every aspect of my closings of sale and purchase because of the tight deadline and no one was communicating with me as to where we were in the closing process. For example, he knew we were trying to get some of our belongings into the new house prior to the sale. Their office dragged their feet on the whole process. Lucky for us, the seller agreed to let us store some stuff in the garage. If you expect s smooth, well communicated process in your closing, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!
