I have been practicing criminal defense in the Greater Cincinnati area--including Hamilton, Clermont, Butler, and Warren Counties--since 2013. I am licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Ohio as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.I handle all manner of criminal matters, ranging from simple traffic tickets and minor misdemeanors to serious felony offenses. I also specialize in criminal appellate representation and have successfully litigated numerous cases in the First and Twelfth District Courts of Appeals.When you retain my services, you can rest assured that you have hired a skilled, tenacious, diligent, and professional lawyer concerned with obtaining the best possible outcome for your case. Fees are determined based on the complexity and prospective time commitment of the matter. I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Written fee agreements with partial up-front payment may be negotiated to fit your particular financial circumstances.
