I went to Mr. Parker's office because I saw a blog about him helping veterans out with court case at a local Veteran help day. I called his office about a CS issue and he met with me right away. He discussed my case in great detail and gave me REAL Professional advise and no BS. I walked in nervous but I walked out with my head up. Thank you for your professionalism.
Lou was great, he listened and he spoke to us with respect and never made us feel uncomfortable. He answered all are questions, even the dumb ones. Either him or his legal assistant were always available to help us. Made going through the bky process was so much easier because of Lou and his staff
I had the pleasure of working with Lou Parker. I never had to wait for answers to my questions. I either received an email or a phone call from either Lou or is paralegal, Jennifer. It took me longer than most to pay my fee, but they never gave up on me! I would definitely recommend this firm and I am very pleased with all of the help they provided and continue to provide. You will not feel like just another client when you walk through their doors. There is a comforting warmth that you are greeted with and they take care of everything. You will know what to expect and you will be kept abreast of what is happening with your case.
The recent recession devestated my small business and ultimately led me to filing for personal bankrupty protection. Louis was recommended to me by an outside law firm that I had on retainer, so I was confident that I would be working with a bankruptcy expert. But I have to say that Louis far exceeded my expectations - he was professional, knowledgeable and surprisingly personable (not the stereotypical lawyer we all love to hate); all the while keeping my wife and I informed during the entire process. It has been two years and two months since our bankruptcy was discharged and, after renting since that time, we are now closing on a house using a VA home loan with $0 down - proof that bankruptcy does not mean the end of life as we know it. Finally, I dont think anyone ever anticipates the need to speak with a bankruptcy lawyer, but if so, I hope you will reach out to Louis and discover for yourself that what I've said is the absolute truth.
Mr. Parker is not your typical lawyer. He immediately put me at ease with his charm and wit, but don't be fooled by his boyish good looks! This man is a true professional. He gets down to business and he knows his business very well. He handled my case in the most repectful, and genuinely concerned manner. He made himself available to me when the going got tough. He listened patiently to every one of my questions, (some I am sure I asked more than once) and always had an answer. Mr. Parker is absolutely the exception to the rule when it comes to attorneys-caring, smart, charming, and above all HONEST! I appreciate everything he did for me, and I would recommend him highly to anyone needing any legal counsel.
