Mr. Lopez, a University of Southern California Law grad, is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully tried numerous jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations.  Mr. Lopez’s practice focuses on complex commercial and tort litigation, including business disputes, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, real property disputes, real estate purchase contracts, title insurance, broker defense, landlord tenant matters, both commercial and residential, retail lease disputes, Petroleum Marketing Practices Act ("PMPA") and other general tort and commercial litigation matters.
