Lori has showed the utmost professionalism while handling our case. She was caring, knowledgeable and went far above and beyond to learn the new laws regarding our issues. Fees were more than fair. I highly recommend and have recommended her for your legal needs.
Lori is a strong, ethical, wise attorney. Her professionalism and integrity are evident in EVERYTHING she does. Lori understands the world she works in. Lori is meticulous in her work, devoted to doing her very best work for you. During my case she truly understood my needs and was caring and human, and she helped ME stay human as well. She kept me sane through the maddness of my divorce. A thousand times I wanted to give up and a thousand times she nudged me on- and the result was that we redefined the rules of engagement with the exhusband to where he will likely think twice before trying to bully me again. PRICELESS! Lori was fair in her fees- from my first consultation until the end, and I am so grateful. Lori provided constant guidance about the process itself (all unkown to me) and also on how best to respond when the other side was not being reasonable. She was constantly by my side, I felt I had a warrior I could lean on and consult anytime. I had a complicated divorce with a conniving, manipulative, unethical spouse, and Lori stayed focused and on track despite the temptation to get caught up on disproving all their constant lies and fabrications. She gave me clarity as I felt I was drowning in the murk of despair and frustration. It is Lori’s ability to think outside the box that makes her so incredible- she WILL find a solution! I live eternally grateful!
I was a client in 2018. I had to fire this lawyer because she committed professional misconduct during my case. She, among other things, violated several ethics rules of the Oregon State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct: - Rule 1.16 (d) - Rule 1.3 - Rule 1.4 (a), (b) - Rule 1.5 (a), (b)(1), (b)(3), (b)(4) - Rule 3.4 (a) - Rule 8.4 (a)(3) She was late arriving to court on multiple occasions. She waited days to return calls. She failed to keep me reasonably informed. Her billing practices were in breach of ethical rules as I received charges for work I did not authorize from her and her investigator. She declined to meet with the opposing council, causing my case to be dragged out longer than it should have. She failed to give me a copy of my file when requested. She was also rude despite being treated with the utmost of respect even after all of this happened.
