She always had an excuse for not communicating time sensitive information on my behalf to other parties which got me into even more financial trouble. She would not return phone calls (she was constantly not available) or reply to my emails (even when I specifically ask to reply with an advise). I was changed for making appointments at a $125/hour rate because the only two appointments that I was ever able to schedule were scheduled by a paralegal instead of a front desk person.
