I have met with several attorneys to find the right one for our unfortunate situation. After a lot of reading and studying I actually found Lorene by her radio ad! Lorene has a great personality and helped my wife and I feel much better about our situation. She listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. Her experience and confidence put us at ease that despite our bad situation everything will turn out ok. I can't say enough about Lorene to really do her and her team justice here other than she really is the best at what she does and her credentials totally support that!

Appeared very knowledgable and honest during initial meetings. Filed Chapter 13 and seemed like took forever (5 months) before getting to court. When first appeared with Lorene did not have the proper services verified and case was continued. Appeared a second time (2 days off work) and everything seemed ok. The trustee paid off her fee during the disbursment of funds and seems that she just left us at that time. One of our creditors had repossed our motorhome ($45,000.00) and the trustee was still paying him. Went to Lorene and she did NOTHING to help or provide any advice to ensure this creditor is not paid for monies he is not due. Got email from assistant after I wrote to the court (CC Trustee and Lorene) and it had a timeline that was entirely wrong. Also advised that the assistant we had been dealing with was no longer with that office. I understand that Lorene is now in the living trust and will business. Maybe that will work better with her office.....Not happy
