I received a "Action for Divorce" summon from my wife's attorney. I was shocked and confused when I was served the summon. I went online and researched for an attorney. After spending couple of days searching, I made an appointment to meet Mr. Rosen. He was very knowledgeable and explained the summon to me in a way I could understand. And what is needed to respond to the summon. He spent about an hour with me going through the summon. Needless to say, a divorce is sad and depressing time for anyone. Any case, We made it, a little past 5:30pm. We filled out the necessary paperwork to check in, and immediately met with Mr. Rosen. I like to start off by saying, Mr. Rosen was extremely generous with time and expertise. He provided consultation based on divorce paperwork that was already filed by the other party. Mr. Rosen went through each page of the divorce paperwork and explained what each part meant. Mr. Rosen even made some suggestions on how to change some parts of the document to make it more clear and potentially beneficial for us. We were so impressed with the professionalism and expertise, Mr. Rosen provided. We were anticipating paying a fee as the meeting turned out to be more than a consultation. We asked how much do we owe for his services, and Mr. Rosen said the consultation was free.
