He made sure all of our needs were being taken care of. If I didn't know what was going on, I could call the office and he and his staff were always quick to answer my questions and never seemed annoyed with me. They were just the opposite, always bending over back wards to make sure I understood what was happening. Then in 2010 I was in two more car accidents. I slipped and fell on ice at a business that didn't take precautions for their patrons safety on the sidewalks or parking lot. I was hurt quite badly.
