We have worked together on many very sensitive and difficult matters, and we have always found her to be conciliatory rather than adversarial in her approach. 1) Unprofessional. Ms. Marino would not continue a session since our retainer had run out unless we provided cash on the spot. We had no history of unpaid bills. She scribbled out a receipt by hand on scratch paper. Her recommendations were provided 3 weeks later than promised. She does not provide invoices. 2) Ms. Marino's recommendations were, in my opinion, rash and reflected minimal caring or interest, particularly on behalf of the child involved. She does not seem strong enough to stand up to difficult personalities and takes the path of least resistance, regardless of the child's best interest. 3) She makes abrupt decisions without taking facts or data into consideration.
