I hired the Lisa Salines-Mondello Law Firm to handle my complete estate planning documentation. Every single person in the office works so efficiently as individuals and as a team. They know all the right questions to ask and will always find you an answer to your every question. They don't treat you like just another client, I truly felt like I was a priority to them every time we had a meeting or conversation. I never felt rushed or pushed through any part of the process. Hiring the Lisa Salines-Mondello Law Firm to handle my estate documentation process was one of the best decisions I have made to secure my future wants and needs. I highly recommend them - 5 Stars +++
I am so thankful to Lisa and her team of professional ladies at Salines-Mondello Law firm, for guiding me through the process of creating my family trust. You all are so knowledgeable, professional, and caring. At the end, I was presented with a binder package of legal documents, so organized that will make it very easy to access when needed. Again, thank you, and best wishes for a very successful practice. We need people like you on our side! Fondly, Sylvia
When I first met Lisa, I knew I hit pay dirt. She had me in tears. Now, why is that a good thing? This professional KNOWS her stuff and laid it out for me how SERIOUS my road was with a disabled husband and ensuring I protected HIS finances. We left NC and I BEGGED her to do VA and WVA but.. she cannot. I have been through FOUR elderly care attorneys, and I wonder if they got their elderly care specs from YOU TUBE! All have been horrible. Absolutely horrible. Now... some might think Lisa is too high in cost. I would GLADLY pay double her rate for an attorney who really gets it like she does. The last thing you want to do, is go cheap, go with someone who does not carry the issues for you and lose in the end. If I told the story of this last "elderly care" attorney I have, you would think I am making it up. Borderline DANGEROUS in their incompetency. Back to Lisa, I am doing what she told me to do in NC, four years ago, and... finally getting there. But, would have rather just had her do it for me!!!! LOL And a reminder to everyone, the handicapped, elderly world can move very fast. Since I met her, my man is now in nursing home, and just found out he has dementia. Lord have mercy! AND.. SHE TOLD ME THIS WAS MOST LIKELY GOING TO HAPPEN!
I spent over 2 years researching agents for estate planning. I found that while others appeared good, they did not offer a complete turnkey package especially when it comes to elder law. This law firm was expensive but yet it was worth it as this is not a time to do something on the cheap. All of the professionals that assisted my wife and I are exceptionally friendly, personable, and professional. I enjoyed working with them and regret that the pandemic prevented a face-to-face transaction. The volume of material is immense and draft material should be reviewed thoroughly. Just make certain their office provides adequate time for you to review your draft material before an office consult is scheduled. I would highly recommend Lisa Salines-Mondello. One will not be disappointed with the wealth of knowledge that is represented in this office
Lisa offered guidance to me, a Pennsylvania attorney setting up a special needs trust in Pennsylvania for a beneficiary resident of North Carolina. Lisa quickly understood the situation, directed me towards the NC agencies who need to get a copy of the completed trust, and told me about a non-profit trustee who is a better match for this trust than the out-of-state trustee we had selected. Highly recommended!
Our experience has been wonderful plus very educational. The attorneys and all of the office associates explained in detail all that was transpiring so that we could truly understand what was happening. If we had questions, they were very kind to answer to our satisfaction. We could not be happier.
From the start, our engagement with each member of the Salines-Mondello team has been what it should be: outstanding. There's a high level of comfort in the interactions, and this speaks volumes to how the team views its clients, as if we're friends, not just customers. And that made, for us, a more relaxing discussion in the planning of our estate and in addressing our final wishes. There's a good amount of legalese in all of the documentation, but Lisa and Aimee are both excellent in putting the otherwise heavy jargon into simple terms, and every question we had was answered thoroughly and with succinct analogies so that we fully understood what, in the end, we signed our names to. Even in the midst of the pandemic, which occurred two-thirds into our sessions, the team kept in full communication and arranged conferences in alternative modes as well as helping us find some of the outside sources we needed to complete our paperwork. So much emphasis is placed on the monetary value of a service, and that certainly is worth a mention here: we are truly impressed with the care we were given and the package we received in hard copies. But the truest value of the service is knowing that the team is part of our planning as we move ahead, willing to take on changes we need to make, to represent our best interests in the roles for which we have hired them, and, in the end, to ensure that the decisions we made are sound. A first-rate law firm!
I can not say enough good things about how this law firm saved an 85 year old women from an elder abuse situation. She was 800 miles away from home in another state. It was a tough situation but Nicole Applefield Engel and Janet Linger came to her aid with compassion and understanding and got her out of a bad situation quickly. On Behalf of my friend and myself we can never thank you enough!
Everyone was very caring and professional. We had to deal with a large amount of money after my sister in law passed away and set up trusts for her children. Lisa explained everything to us in an easy to understand manner and we loved her so much we decided to use her services for our personal wills, and trusts. I would recommend her to anyone looking for these types of services!
Our experience was extremely pleasant and could not have been better. After losing our son, we realized how important it is to plan for the future. We needed a Last Will & Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, Trust, Special Needs Trust and HIPPA Authorizations. We would have never known what was needed if we did not reach out to Attorney Lisa Salines-Mondello. Every step was explained in clear detail. Answered all of our questions in very understandable language. We walked in a tad clueless, and walked out feeling very educated. Their entire staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Very painless and very affordable. Highly recommend using the Lisa Salines-Mondello Law Firm.
