Erin W. Smith is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department where she practices civil litigation.  Ms. Smith received her J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Syracuse Law Review.   She received her B.A. from Virginia Tech.  Ms. Smith is currently serving as the President of the Rochester and Buffalo Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association.  She also serves as a mentor for three children at School 29 in the City of Rochester through the Monroe County Lawyers for Learning Program, and is a Volunteer with the Monroe County Volunteer Legal Services Project.  Ms. Smith is a member of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations.  She is also a member of the Greater Rochester Association of Women Attorneys, where she serves on the Program Committee and the Judicial Evaluation Committee.
