During her second year of law school, Ms. Kritske participated in the Legal Assistance to Institutionalized Person Project, providing legal assistance to inmates at Waupun prison and Fox Lake Correctional Institution. During the summer prior to her third year of law school she worked at the Brown County District Attorney's office where she litigated jury and court trials. Ms. Kritske's work experience after graduating from Madison law school provides her with a well-rounded knowledge of the law. For approximately five years she worked in labor and employment law, providing legal representation and counsel to public and private sector employers and frequently lecturing at labor and employment law seminars. She also worked in medical malpractice defense litigation, representing doctors' interests in lawsuits. Ms. Kritske began representing plaintiffs' interests when she joined Pitman, Kyle & Sicula, S.C. in March of 2006. Her practice at Pitman, Kyle & Sicula, S.C. is primarily in nursing home litigation, where she represents the interests of the elderly population. Attorney Kritske is active within the community.
