She took a long time to understand everything and explain all my questions. While waiting for my case to be heard in court, I emailed her updates and she responded to every email within a day. She was excellent about this. The paperwork she drafted up was well written and concise. Sadly she went on maternity leave and had to hand off the case to another lawyer who did not have much experience. The guy was very nice, and I know will be outstanding one day, but the only complaint I had was lack in keeping in touch for the case when it was handed off.
