Lindsey M. Medina is an Senior Attorney in the Immigration Practice Group in Clark Hill’s Detroit, Michigan office. Lindsey represents corporate clients in various industries on all types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications and petitions, providing extensive planning and guidance throughout the immigration process. Her immigration practice includes representation of Fortune 100 and 500 companies, staffing companies, scientists and engineers, religious institutions, business executives and entrepreneurs, computer and business personnel, outstanding professors and researchers, and their families as they plan for entry into the United States. Lindsey is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Pre-law from Michigan State University in 2009, with Honors. Lindsey attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating Magna Cum Laude and in the top 2% of her class. At TMCLS, Lindsey received the Certificate of Merit Award in Research and Writing for outstanding academic achievement. She was also awarded the Atticus Finch Award by her peers for exemplary professional conduct. Lindsey served as the Vice President of the Criminal Law Society at TMCLS and as a Senior Associate Editor on the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review.
