As my legal practice has matured, I find helping to clarify and improve communications allows me to more effectively assist clients to achieve their goals . This is why I assist with current events to shape the facts rather than looking back on past circumstances via litigation; I consider both legal and human relationship factors that may be impacting particular circumstances.I have also served as a neutral fact-finder in workplace investigations of harassment of discrimination claims and as a neutral mediator.
