About
www.attorneylindasubbloie.comI provide alternative legal services that most attorneys do not provide. Legal coaching is an affordable, cost effective approach to the traditional legal services model. I provide "pay as you go" legal advice and support so that everyone can feel comfortable in retaining an attorney. Whether you can afford an attorney or not, legal coaching may be attractive to you because you are either budget conscious or have limited financial resources. Maybe you believe you can do a lot of the work yourself and just need some guidance. Nevertheless, I take you step by step and walk you through the process. You pay for what you need. And if you decide somewhere down the road that you want me to take over your case, we can discuss that option as well. I believe everyone should have options when hiring legal counsel. It's stressful enough when facing divorce let alone the thought of hiring a lawyer.

I Recently had the privilege of working with Attorney Linda Subbloie. I have never hired an attorney before and I must say that Linda made my experience with judicial system one of great ease. I found Linda to be extremely professional, knowledgeable , conscientious and attentive. But more importantly I found her to be friendly, honest, genuine , caring, compassionate, easily accessible and a pleasure to work with. She prepared and informed me of everything to expect during the entire time we worked together and also on my court date. I always felt “ She had my back” and was looking out for my best. I found a great attorney but I feel I also found a friend !! Thank and you Linda ..... your the best !!!
Attorney Subbloie answered my call immediately and set up a meeting. I was facing what I thought and could have been a dire situation. Her patience, intelligence, compassion with me was a godsend. She walked me through step by step what I needed to do. I followed her advice and couldn't be happier with the results, amazing! It was too late in the game to hire her but the confidence and support she gave in our meeting got me through it. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking an intelligent compassionate tenacious when necessary attorney. 5 stars all day!!
When hiring an attorney for a family case you need someone whom you can trust, will work hard and knows the law! The latter might seem obvious, but don't be fooled.. in any profession there are plenty that talk more than they practice. Attorney Linda Subbloie was the consummate lawyer for my divorce case. Her initial intention was to get it done as quickly as possible, which was in my best interest. However when we experienced prolonged delays from the other side she didn't stop working, coming up with innovative ways to push the case along. My divorce was very emotional and there were periods where I just didn't want to deal with it and during those times Linda knew how to kick me in the backside just enough to keep me focused. And eventually Linda proposed, and sold to the other side, a mediation solution that worked very well for me. Success is in the details, and in law details take time, focus and hard work. Linda gave me all of that and the guidance, counsel and trust I needed to see a very emotional situation through to it's conclusion. Attorney Linda Subbloie is a seasoned 30 year professional. From my experience I can highly recommend her for family matters.
Testimonial When I first met Linda my sky was falling. I was lost, hurt and confused. She guided me through an incredibly difficult time. But ask yourself “what is an enduring impact?” Is it professionalism, compassion, empathy and when is it measured? I believe that the impact is not truly appreciated in the moment but years later. Recently, after 5 years, I emailed Linda for help. I was lost again and confused; the situation was tough and I wasn’t feeling well because of it. Linda returned an email that same day. My heart was uplifted, almost immediately I started feeling better just knowing that she was standing strong for me gave me strength. The enduring impact was realized and felt at that moment. When I needed someone the most she stepped up and said “I’m here!” The first and most important thing that you can do is hire Linda as your attorney. Stay focused, concentrate on your kids and be true to yourself because that is the confidence you will have with Linda advocating for you. Todd, Wilton, CT
As someone with a lot of student loans and just finishing with graduate school, I do not have a lot of expendable income, but wanted to ensure my rights were proteced during my divorce. Not only that, but as I did a "DIY divorce," I needed a lot of help navigating the legal system. I was not able to afford retaining a lawyer to do my full divorce, but needed a trusted ally and someone with an expert knowledge of the law. From my first meeting with Attorney Subbloie, she demonstrated great empathy, responsiveness, and knowledge of what my rights were. My divorce was a straight-forward financial separation, but my ex made it very difficult nearly every week trying to drag out the process on shared assets and trying to make up the rules. Attorney Subbloie talked me off the ledge several times when the drama would ensue always making me aware of my rights and continuing to coach me through what the best steps to take would be. Although it took five months from the day the papers were served until the final divorce judgement, I am very, very happy with Linda's legal coaching, professionalism, and care and am taking the time to review her here today because I cannot recommend her enough to someone with the financial constraints and situation that I had.
I had a brief over the phone interaction with Linda not regarding myself/a need for me and in the 10 min conversation on the phone I knew if I ever needed a divorce lawyer (fingers crossed I never will), I would hire Linda with out batting an eye. She was very personable which I think is important for anyone going thru a divorce to require. So when in need HIRE LINDA!!!
The decision to seek a dissolution of my marriage was a painful and emotional one. From the moment I spoke to Attorney Linda Subbloie on the phone, and subsequently at our first meeting, I felt like I had an advocate who understood my pain, would guide me through this difficult process, and support me emotionally. When I was sad, overwhelmed, and frustrated, she helped me realize when emotionalism was clouding my judgement, helping me to make clear, rational decisions. She was excellent at keeping me informed and representing my interests. Knowing that my finances were fragile, she kept that in mind, when making motions. There were no frivolous motions, for the sake of posturing, like we had seen from the other side. Linda made me laugh when I needed it, and gave me strength to endure a process that my ex-spouse tried to drag out far, too long. I was very grateful to have her counsel and expertise, and would readily recommend her.
Choosing a divorce attorney is such an important decision. Very few friends and acquaintances were reluctant to recommend their own divorce attorneys to me. I had met with a few attorneys but once I spoke with Linda Subbloie on the phone, I knew I wanted to hire her. Meeting her in person to discuss more of the details and my concerns gave me even more assurance. She was very easy to talk to and gave me very practical and appropriate counsel, even making sure I was ready to move forward emotionally and otherwise. She handled all of my concerns with experience, knowledge of the legal system, professionalism, and a perfect touch of compassionate understanding. She consulted with and referred me to an excellent tax professional to address some of the intricacies of my case, providing me with the additional security I needed moving ahead with my divorce. She represented my interests well and gave appropriate advice to me to avoid needless conflicts with the other party. Linda is very skilled at negotiating. She gained respect from my ex and his attorney as well. Divorce is a very stressful time for all concerned, but Linda's sense of humor, her reassuring knowledge of the legal system, and her professional advice and representation made all the difference in my settlement.
Divorce is a messy. You are expected to make rational decisions while riding a roller coaster of extreme emotions. I am glad I had Linda with me for the ride! Her legal expertise and experience made me feel confident that things would be fine. She kept me focused. Linda fights for the best result for her client (me) and not just a satisfactory outcome. She is feisty, funny and I can't imagine going through that whole messy ordeal without her!
I consulted with Linda nine months prior to retaining her as my divorce attorney. At the time I was just trying to educate myself on the divorce process while deciding if I could actually go through with it. I was scared, unsure, and I didn’t have a clue as to what I was doing. When we sat down together, I instantly realized that she was more than an attorney. She felt like a friend, an ally and a therapist. She offered great advice which was sound and objective. At no time did I feel any pressure to hire her. Although I left her office still unsure as to what to do, she gave me some great things to think on and consider. I remember thinking, if I do go forward with the divorce; I am definitely going to hire Linda. Nine months later when I decided to proceed with the divorce, I called Linda and we immediately got started. She guided me through the process, explained what was ahead, and helped me avoid major pitfalls. She always made time to speak with me and promptly returned all my calls and e-mails. Linda has the perfect combination of being tough but very reasonable; she instinctively knows which battles to pick and which ones to leave alone. Her judgement and knowledge allowed for a very efficient divorce, one which avoided a costly trial and excessive legal fees. As of this week I am now divorced and I am thrilled to have worked with Linda. Her compassion for her client and deep understanding of the emotional toll divorce takes has made all the difference. I hope I never need another divorce attorney again, but if I do, without a doubt I will be calling Linda Subbloie.
