My husband and I hired Linda and she is working on my case very diligently. We are happy and lucky we met her.
Linda represented me for a number of years in a highly contested divorce against a very hostile now ex-wife and her attorney. Linda helped me, a male, get sole and exclusive custody of our then minor son, an almost unheard of situation where the mothers usually prevail.
Linda was a great help in negiotiating the terms of my divorce agreeement in 2007 (after the case lingered on for 6 years). Linda came highly recommended and I found her right away to be very responsive and trustworthy, always looking out for my best interests given the situation. Her retainer for the legal services provided was quite reasonable. Just to highlight why I find her trustworthy, in early January 2015, when I found myself being served papers by my ex to appear in court in upstate New York, Linda made herself available in the middle of the holiday season to assist and guide me, on a pro bono basis, on finally settling the division of assets with my ex, ably representing me during the court hearing during which the presiding Judge found Linda's arguments to be more cogent and logical than opposing counsel. Linda's persuasiveness resulted in the Judge highly recommending the opposing counsel to take our offer once and for all, in order not to waste any more of the court's time for a matter that should have been settled back in 2007, when the same offer was made (but ignored because my ex wanted much more) then. Getting this asset division settlement finally resolved in January 2015 was largely due to the effort of Linda who essentially put her holidays on hold to assist me in my time of need, something for which I will always be grateful and remember.
