Linda is exceptionally compassionate and driven to help families in need; a true bulldog in the court room. When our family encountered inconceivable circumstances, Linda and her team were our guiding light. Linda’s dedication, passion and expertise aided our truth and justice to prevail. It’s a thing of nightmares to think of where our journey could have gone without Linda’s knowledge and connections.

Mrs. Lillevik helped our family through a period of immense difficulty to say the very least. She always had our back and she took care of us through some very intense legal difficulties. If you need an attorney you can trust to have your back we highly recommend Mrs. Linda Lillevik.

Linda Lillevik is a dedicated and professional attorney who has been making a difference in the lives of young people and their families for many years. I believe in her as a person, as an attorney, and certainly what is in her heart. I recommend her at the highest level. Linda is an amazing person and an incredible attorney and children's advocate. My family's experience with her was life-changing. Another child and family has had an opportunity that wouldn't have happened without her. To me she is an advocate/angel that does everything she can for the children and families she represents. I know she's overloaded at times. I've spent enough time with her to see that she's constantly in the fire and dealing with multiple things at once. The demands are endless. She manages them like a veteran and an experienced leader. Linda's been doing this for a long time and she's really good at it. It's possible it may be difficult to get her on the phone sometimes. She's a lawyer who spends a lot of time in court. If she's unavailable, I guarantee you she's helping someone. That was certainly my experience. Sometimes it's hard to be patient in a time of need. That's very understandable. This is a lawyer you absolutely want if she's able to take new clients. She knows what she's doing, she is incredibly intelligent, and is also practical and straightforward. I recommend Linda Lillevik at the highest level. You could not be in better hands.

We were in a terrible situation and didn’t know who to trust. Thank goodness someone recommended Linda. At a time where I literally felt lost in a sea of legal misunderstandings, Linda and her team were there to make sense of everything and to provide the best legal counsel, with positive outcomes for our family. She was direct and honest and so knowledgeable, also kind and compassionate and cared about justice. A really good person, and incredible lawyer. The more I have talked to others, the more I’ve discovered just how much Linda has done to support families in crisis. She has done tremendous work for this community. We will be forever grateful to her and would recommend her in a heartbeat. Thank you, Linda!

Ms. Lillevik led the legal effort in "one of the most complex Parental Alienation/Child Custody/Modification cases" all involved experts had ever seen in King County. A landmark decision. This case had all the key elements of the most severe parental alienation cases. 5 CPS investigations, criminal charges, child abuse and chemical dependency allegations, to name just a few. These unlimited allegations, by the "mother" spanned the course of almost 6 years. Linda aggressively defended the accused father methodically, calmly and with the "end goal" always in mind. She never lowered her ethical standards, even when the opposing counsel repeatedly did throughout the entire case. Judge Ronald Kessler made multiple findings against the "mother" including the landmark decision of the severe parental alienation and abusive use of conflict. Custody was retained by the father, in the modification ("mother" wanted next to complete removal from the child's life) attempt by the alienating "mother." All charges dismissed, CPS investigations "unfounded."

Six years ago today, was the worst day of our family's life. We received a devastating phone call that sent us into sheer panic. We were confused and overwrought with emotion. Thank God we found Linda Lillevik. Linda is extremely well-versed in her field. She represented our family diligently. She put effort into our case knowing the outcome would be life changing. She was always straight forward and honest. She listened, fought with integrity and won our case. Without her representation, we firmly believe the outcome would have been much different. Because of her, we have been able to live these last six years of our lives as a happy family. Ms. Lillevik has more than earned the highest possible recommendation from us as well as our gratitude.

Ms. Lillevik wrote and filed an amici curiae brief for a non-profit public organization that I serve as a volunteer. As a lawyer and psychologist, I am quite cognizant of high quality legal work. Ms. Lillevik is among the top one percent of the lawyers with whom I have work with throughout my more than 30 years of practice. Her knowledge, editorial skills, and organizational abilities are exceptional. I give her my strongest recommendation.

Linda Lillevik and her associate, Mindy Carr, defended me in a domestic violence dispute which involved a teenage member of my family. Linda explained the prosecutor's case against me in a clear, down to earth manner and gave me realistic expectations. Being in the criminal justice system for the first time, my wife and I appreciated her frank and patient explanations of the legal process. Her years of experience and calm demeanor we found reassuring. I found Linda very proactive in my defense suggesting things that I could do ahead of the Court's or prosector's requirements. I believe these recommendations, which I acted on, aided in bringing a resolution to my case the outcome of which my wife and I were satisfied with.
