I’ve had the pleasure of having Linda as my lawyer for 4 years. Linda isn’t only knowledgeable about the details of the law and viable legal avenues to pursue for a particular situation, she is also an unrelenting friend that will push for you to accomplish your goal. Not only is she excellent at her job, she is also a true friend that seeks to understand the human side of your story. I couldn’t recommend anyone more than Linda; she will give you her best work 100% of the time. Rest assured that you can’t get better legal service elsewhere.
I met Linda through a friend's recommendation - who retained Linda's help for his H1B visa. I hired Linda for my permanent resident application. Linda's experience and knowledge guided me through the seemingly daunting process and provided me with comfort and reassurance. Linda was always available for me - emails, phone calls, and she made sure that I prepared required documents. In the process, Linda was not only professional but also kind and caring, she helped me understand the application the process and greatly lessened my angst. I highly recommend Linda.
I met Linda through my husband, as Linda was dealing with his H1B visa. Although such process should be very straightforward, we quickly understood that there are few fundamentals that must be met in order to truly win this visa. Linda was very knowledgable and made it whole happen very smoothly. My husband was given the H1B and I was left without an option to work. I discussed my situation with Linda few times and I asked her to check on few alternatives (J/ H2B and O). I felt I had someone to talk to! I felt Linda is doing the 1000 extra miles in order to recommend me with the best alternative and what we should go for. I liked the fact that she was honest, open and with a CAN DO approach! Eventually, against all odds, Linda's recommendation was to go for the O visa. I trusted her instinct and her advice and started the application process. Linda was available for me at all times, replying to my emails, calling me back - whatever I needed in order to prepare all documentation and have this process as smooth as possible. Linda kept me informed at all times, provided me with non stop of advise of how to prepare the docs, what's more important and what's not and much more. At the end of the process, Linda managed to get me the O visa. O visa is a very challenging visa to get - but thanks to her professionalism, familiarity, guidance and support - Linda made it happen. I can't thank her enough and Linda is surely the most professional lawyer I got to know. Linda is a REAL winner, once she take a case upon herself - she wins it!
Linda helped me issue my US working visa, which was very challenging due to the fact my company is very young. It was a real pleasure working with Linda and I truly feel I couldn't get my visa without Linda's help. Highly recommended!
I retained Linda last year to apply for permanent residency under a category for foreigners with unique abilities known as Aliens of Extraordinary Ability. From our first phone conversation, I found Linda to be warm, knowledgeable and diligent. This was particularly soothing because my previous immigration lawyer made a mistake that set back my ability to adjust status for years. As we worked together to build the case, Linda was patient, reassuring and invested in my success at every step. I never felt that she over-promised. She understood how nerve-wrecking immigration petitions can be for people whose livelihoods and careers depend on a favorable outcome. What makes Linda particularly successful is that beyond knowing the law, she knows the intricacies of an opaque and often capricious immigration system. I can't overstate how important that is. Getting my green card has been life-altering. It's such a wonderful feeling to be able to think of the United States as home -- my home. Beyond peace of mind, becoming a permanent resident allowed me to accept a new, terrific job this year. I think of Linda often when I count my blessings. I can't recommend her enough.
