Having a nasty divorce case is never easy and attorneys are expensive. It was a relief for me to hire Linda because her rates were fair and she took the time to explain to me everything thatb was going on. Her secretary was always nice to me and my calls were always returned pretty quick.
Divorce is never easy and in the beginning I felt Ms. Cunabaugh was a good attorney for my situation. Unfortunately things quickly went from bad to worse and I had to sever ties with her. The first problem was that she insisted I had to move back into the marital home. This was VERY BAD ADVICE. My husband and I were at that point where separation would have been the best for both of us. And we had to certify that we had been living apart for six months which was not true. Ms. Cunabaugh would not accept my decisions, would not update the MSA, and overall became a very difficult person to deal with. My ex husband and I both agreed that if we were going to get divorced in 2017, I would need new counsel. It was the best decision for everyone and my new attorney got the job done in lighting speed with MY decisions, not his.
