As founder and principal attorney of CMA Law Group, Ms. Ciccarone has over 20 years experience practicing exclusively in the arena of complex U.S. immigration law and commercial civil litigation. She has extensive knowledge of all facets of U.S. immigration law and is highly proficient and experienced in EB-5 Investor Immigration law practice. She counsels enterprises and investors on EB-5 issues, representing hundreds of foreign investors in obtaining approvals of Permanent residence as Alien Investors. Serving as the designated immigration attorney for over two dozen approved EB-5 regional center projects, Ms. Ciccarone also successfully represented business entities and project developers in obtaining I-924 “Regional Center” designation approval from the USCIS and providing counsel to “Regional Center” operators on a broad range of legal and financial issues including structuring EB-5 eligible investment projects, preparing EB-5 Investment related private placement offering documents, and regulatory compliance.
