When we first walked in the admin assistant was very rude. Luckily Lilian intervened because we were about to leave. When we were able to talk to her and describe our situation she seemed invested and caring about our situation. We had a situation that other attorneys had not been able to resolve. She called her contacts and was able to resolve the situation for which we were for ever greatful. After the payment was completed but some of our case was still pending she did not respond to our inquiries and needs. She would have her unprofessional admin assistant field those calls and not resolve anything. It become frustrating and nerve reckoning. Ultimately everything worked out but it left us with a bad taste I our mouth's. If she and her staff had better customer service they could be great. Unfortunately this is not the case.
