I am a bankrutpcy attorney and primarily represent consumers in chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. I began private practice in 1984 as a generalist and have practiced in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, workers compensation, family law,  police misconduct litigation, and general civil litigation. I have always maintained a special interest in appellate practice. Increasingly over the years, I have concentrated my practice in bankruptcy and now work in that area almost exclusively.
