My friend hired Mr. Kates about 10 months ago..... I truly don't know how experience Mr. Kates is in the area of child custody. My friend is going through challenging times with his kids and seems that either Mr. Kates does not know the law or is taking him for a ride. I have researched my friends case and he doesn't seem to have a chance... What I don't understand is why Mr. Kates is taking his money, knowing how clearly the law reads.
