I had 3 Dui,s 2 within one week of each other 3 rd one 2 yrs later now i was set to be sentenced by one judge and amazingly it was moved to a new judge Wow what a repore he had i was facing prison time amazingly the judge sentenced me to the first drug court and yes i made it through. today i reside in az and am married and 16 yrs sober .

Highly recommended? Very responsive, and encouraging, until he gets a check. Then go to Preliminary and your handcuffed off to jail. Attorney clueless and out the door. Only contact is wanting number of another attorney that is like minded, wanted number so he can blame them???? That's it, no returning of phone calls. So you have to leave message informing him he's fired. Then you have to fire him again over phone, because didn't understand and was doing something to mess up clients bail. Think I'll get money back, from his conduct, NO.. He'll know who I am.
