About
I am a nursing home abuse attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida. My approach to litigation has always been to simply be the smartest person in the courtroom. I know my cases inside and out. My goal is to edcate the jury on a theory or evolution of a case I've developed, and direct them in the proces to see the points I want them to see. I fist build trust with my client, and then I build trust with the jury. It's one of the finer points of the practice of law I'm proud to say I've refined.Len Haberman Contact InfoSenior Justice Law Firm 1617 John F Kennedy Blvd #355b Philadelphia, PA 19103 (215) 399-9200

Atty. Haberman responded quickly and personally to my outreach. He was both professional and caring. I feel very strongly that choosing him was the best decision possible.
Mr. Haberman helped us with our slip and fall case. Even though the insurance company gave him a hard time, he stuck to his guns. He wasn't afraid to go after a large insurance company. We received a settlement that we were very happy with. He went beyond our expectations.
Fought hard for me and guided me through every step of the process.
Len is certainly an experienced lawyer, I just wonder if his experience is worth much. Personally, I have not had a good experience working with this man, and would NOT recommend for the following reasons: 1) Disorganized: in my opinion, a lawyer needs to have all his ducks in a row. Len constantly forgets discussions we've had, and this to me is alarming. 2) Flaky: often we would leave conversations with a follow-up call. Only once has that follow-up happened without me following up. I understand Len is busy, but I don't think I should have to constantly follow-up. 3) Authenticity: granted, we're dealing with a lawyer, but I found myself questioning some of the things he was saying. It sounded like he had things under control, but then a few days would go by with no follow-up, and when I reached out, he would forget the things we discussed and we'd have to start from the beginning. I'm sure Len has won some cases in the past, but I would NOT recommend based on my experience.
