Went in for a battery/assault situation. My neck was fractured. Told the story over the phone but was still asked to come in to speak to Leonard even so. I repeated myself AGAIN and was told that I might have a case but they weren't sure. I thought that was their job to distinctly decipher if I had a case? Guess not. Then he proceeded to tell me that because it was 2 am when this happened, it "looked bad". I didn't know he would turn up his nose at any case that wasn't 100% win-able. That's how you know he's a bad lawyer! Also was told I would receive a follow up call regarding my options, of which I never received. I don't hold many people to high standards in 2017, but lawyers should never fail in professionalism. I'm truly disappointed in the lack of communication. Somebody needs to teach them that a law office is still a business.
