Mr. Wilking served as my attorney regarding employment and workplace matters during the criminal misdemeanor case (handled by a different attorney) filed by the DA's office against me for allegedly making threats in the workplace. The criminal case I ultimately won as it was pure fabrication. During pre-trial and trial time, Mr. WIlking made sure that I am paid and can do my work off-site, as I was not allowed to be in my office As the nature of my work is such that is possible, he made sure I do not lose a day of pay and benefits. Moreover, he made sure that all fabrications that were being put forward by my employer and boss are immediately quashed and retracted, so that I do not suffer any further image and professional damage. Even after my employer lost the criminal case, they tried to keep me away from my work, but Mr. Wilking was forceful and efficient in making sure all my rights are achieved in timely manner. Highly recommended!
