Leland Frankman served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota before entering private practice. He and his associate, Harry A. Frankman (admitted in the State of Florida) practice solely in the area of eminent domain or condemnation law and have been very successful in representing owners of both small properties to the largest cases where government agencies and power line companies have taken the landowner's property by eminent domain or by the commonly used name "condemnation".
