In the email, she was literally trashing my case and placing all the blame on me. I have all the proof against the points she was trying to make in her email. and Most importantly, there was no change in term of the situation between before and after she entered in my case. I had explained to her everything about my case during the initial consultation. i also personally delivered a summary of my case and about two thousands of supporting documents to her office. In addition, I was diligently and promptly corresponding with her and her paralegal. They charged me $1,500 for the frequent correspondence (for just one month). and Now she's complaining there has been problem in terms of communication.
