Mr. Eidelberg previously represented my wife in a personal injury case, and we both found him to be knowledgeable, insightful, patient, and professional. So, when I was the victim of pharmacy negligence, and I did not know what to do, I of course reached out to Mr. Eidelberg. Though this situation was vastly different from what my wife experienced, Mr. Eidelberg was the same insightful, patient, and very thorough attorney. He communicated clearly with us at every step, ensuring that we understood all aspects of this situation, explaining his strategy, and discussing all options available. His advice and insight was invaluable. In the end, I felt very secure leaving the situation in Mr. Eidelberg’s hands. That trust paid off, literally, as he pursued – and obtained – a greater settlement than any of us had thought possible in this situation. I cannot speak more highly of Mr. Eidelberg, and thoroughly encourage anyone in need of legal advice to reach out to him.
I am not from Maryland and I was in an bad accident a few months back and I was at fault technically. The state trooper somehow managed to send my citation information to my previous address. By the time I came to know that I had a citation(since nothing was handed to me on the spot) my DL had be suspended by my home state. I panicked for sure, since I just had a letter from dmv saying my license is suspended and had no ticket information. I wanted to find my options and see if there is someway I can get out of the situation. I tried reaching out different lawyers to understand what is their opinion. I like making decision based on fair information and after considering all factors. My experience after talking to different lawyers were the following: 1.One said pay the fees after that we will look into it. The firm website mentions they handle such cases but he didn't sound as if they do(the dude was seriously in bad mood or had a bad day) 2.There were other couple of lawyers with whom when I spoke were very courteous and clearly stated that they can file a motion to get the fine reduced but it is more economical to pay the ticket. 3.One lawyer gave me an appointment for phone call and when I called he said "I have a court appearance and your options are to pay or file a motion (he didn't even hear out the whole thing). if you want to discuss further hire me and he hung-up. He gave an appointment he should have known he wont have time at that point of the day. When I spoke to Mr. Lee he spend his time hearing me out, didn't rush me, tried to calm me down and shared his thoughts. He was the only lawyer who was even positive about the trial and thought we can give it a try and have a chance. He was the most professional lawyer I spoke to and I did look into a few ( as stated above). His fees is higher than other lawyers but it is worth it. Why I hired him: 1. Positive attitude 2.Only lawyer who gave hope and didn't talk only about fine reduction even before going to court(there are always possibility of more than one outcome) 3. Not in a rush and didn't make me feel he is "too busy" to handle my case. 4. Quick responses to emails. I had to talk to him only once over phone. Once he was on the case I didn't have to think about it and he followed-up as per need. Honestly I forgot about the case date until I received a mail from him on the morning of the trial. Don't let the charges discourage you. I hope I never need his service in future but if ever required I would hire him without a second thought.
We retained Mr. Eidelberg, during COVID-19, due to our car accident. Throughout the process, and our 1st, Mr. Eidelberg kept us abreast of our options and everything that was happening in our case. Quick and clear communication at all times which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
I can not put into words how awesome, detailed and just all around amazing Mr. Lee is. He showed up abs showed out for me and got all charges dismissed within 30 mins of my case being called. He KNOWS THE LAW better than the states attorney and just watching him break the state down was like something you only see on TV. He came in ready to go and with several different strategies and I just can nit say enough good things about him. I run a business and I know for sure I’m going to have a LONG lasting partnership with Mr. Lee. I’m going always going to keep him on speed dial and it is a true blessing to have found him. It has been such a honor to watch his work!!!!
Lee is a great and professional lawyer that takes time and passion in his work
Very respectful kind and understanding lawyer he helps avoid jail time and not even leave my state ...I would recommend to anyone best lawyer ever.
I hired Lee to help with a 5 point speeding ticket. I haven't had any tickets recently but in years past my record was horrible. He recommended driver training in advance of my trial and with that he was able to make a big impact on the judge. I ended up with a judge that is known to be less than lenient but Lee was still able to get me PBJ! Can't ask for more than that!
I went to Lee for a criminal case and he was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of my case. He took his time to allow me to ask as many questions as I needed. He guided me through the entire case. You will not be disappointed with his work. Five stars it is, Thanks Lee
Mr. Eidelberg was the first (and one of the only!) attorney to return my initial voice message regarding a need to defend myself against a wrongful citation I was issued at an auto accident I was involved in. He maintained communication every step of the way, never leaving me to wonder what was going on or if there were any updates. He is proactive in defending his clients and, in my case, ensured a dismissal of charges prior to even the first court date scheduled. I am so glad I chose Lee Eidelberg to defend me and help me right my name against a wrong citation!
Lee Eidelberg's diligence and knowledge of his craft is nothing short of amazing. With Lee as your attorney, you can bet that he will go above and beyond to make sure that you get the best care. You will be in good hands with Mr. Eidelberg in your corner.
