This guy knows what he is doing, he was telling the Judge what the laws are and the Judge was red as a baboons ass!! I won full custody of my daughter which I deserved and I am a man and all men know that the system works for the mother. It's unfortunate but it does!! I have seen judges give babies back to their crackhead moms. Thank you Lee!!

Lee has tremendous court presence; in my case, completely outperformed one of the most well-known, outstanding (in his own right) attorneys in the opposition counsel's HOME COUNTY, in a complex case adjudicated at every step of the divorce due to refusal of opposing counsel's clients to enter into any meaningful negotiations towards settlement. Lee helped me secure custody of my kids, get a reduction of spousal support (from PSS levels), and secure child support from the mother who was refusing to be financially responsible at all on behalf of our kids. I HIGHLY recommend Lee Cecil; he's a heckuva nice guy to boot....if you like a sarcastic wit and a guy that tries to inject a bit of humor into proceedings that are by their nature pretty humor-less. He charges a pretty hefty hourly fee, but as the old joke goes: why are divorce lawyers so expensive? B/c they're WORTH IT! Well, Lee Cecil surely is....

My time to come in and sign the settlement papers was the first I heard of my spouses children receiving monies from my retirement when my ex dies. I was given the remark "if I want the divorce I have to sign." This was after my husband had held my clothes and belongings hostage for 7 months. My ex hired two lawyers none of which lasted so it was just Mr. Cecil and it felt he was working more for my ex than me! Now icing on the cake is my ex has been arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor and turns out he had a prior which I new nothing about. Not going back with Mr. Cecil as he stated I had left my husband and he was use to a certain stranded of living and my leaving (although he had treated me badly and Mr. Cecil was given all details) had my ex having to deal with that standard being lower. Again at this point my so called lawyer appears to be looking out for my ex!
