Stephen Nemec graduated from Willamette University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.  He attended law school at the University of Idaho and received his Juris Doctor in 2005.  Mr. Nemec is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Idaho State Bar Association.  He is also a registered patent attorney admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  He is certified by the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association as a workers’ compensation specialist and serves on the board of the Idaho State Bar Workers’ Compensation Section.
