My parents have been working on their papers for many years as well as lost lots of money to dishonest, money hungry, scheming lawyers. It wasn’t til the 2007 or 2008 flag day in Carson CA at the Samoan affair where my mom met Leah. Since then my parents were working on my moms papers and suddenly did not have enough funds to continue the process. 2017 I got a good job and made enough to prove that I was able to sponsor my mom. My dad was the sponsor initially however employment as well funds became an issue and caused a delay in moving forward with the process. From then on we had constant and immediate communication from a distant to complete the process for my mom to get her green card. Both Leah as well as her assistant Bernadine were great and specific with helping us getting all our paperwork needed to make sure we had a strong case for an approval for the green card. My moms case was unique and a little complicated but Leah and her team was able to break it down for us and simplify everything needed for us to build a strong case. Fast forward to now my mom has her green card and is now working full time for the first time ever and couldn’t be more happier. To conclude, our experience with Leah and her team has been great and would most definitely recommend.
For years I struggled to get the right person to help me with my immigration papers. I was introduced to Immigration Attorney Leah Tuisavalalo through a mutual friend. From the very first consultation I knew she was the right person. She allowed me to talk and ask questions, and she listened. I felt very confident in her as she laid out everything I needed to do step-by-step. I knew she was very knowledgeable about the whole immigration process. She was also kind, compassionate and patient. She helped me fill out and file all my papers. A year after our first consultation I received my permanent residence (green card). Five years later I was sworn in as a U.S. citizen! Leah was very helpful, she made sure I was approved with the hardship waiver for the U.S. citizen fee. She is an excellent attorney and made all effort to make sure everything was right and ready before submitting my papers. The waiver got approved: it was a blessing! On April 1, 2019 I had my U.S. citizen interview and on April 16, 2019 I was sworn in as an American Citizen! I highly recommend attorney Leah Tuisavalalo to any person with immigration law issues. She was thorough and detail oriented. She kept in constant communication with me as far as what my status was and anything else she needed from me. Stop looking other places and call Leah! She can do the work and help make your citizen dreams come true! Thank you so much, Leah, for all your effort and support to make MY citizen dream come true! You are the best!
Leah Tuisavalalo, Esq is an excellent attorney. She is extremely proficient, knowledgeable of the immigration law, has things done in a timely fashion especially passionate in serving her clients! I would highly recommend her to others....

Leah & her team far exceeded our expectations with their EXCELLENT proficient, efficient, professional, intelligent, caring & loving affordable services. Due to identity fraud & a mistake by the government my senior Mother was innocently stuck in Samoa for 8 long years. I worked hard for 7 years to do it on my own because I could not afford to hire an attorney to assist me. In those 7 years my husband & I lost close to $5,000. Samoan & US govt would say fill this out send this much & to no avail. Thanks to my Bishop who just graduated from Law School, he referred us to his friends, Rodney & Leah Tuisavalalo. It only took them 1 year to get my Mom!! It could have been longer because the govt was trying to have Mom carry out her penalty & stay out of the US longer, but Leah fought for my Mom. Leah from the very beginning through the FOIA investigated & found out exactly why Mom was stuck in Samoa. With that clarity & proving my Mom's innocence based on the FOIA & other hard facts that she had the govt dig out themselves like the govt proved that they abandoned my Mom's amnesty case, never answered Mom from 1980's, in 2006 noticed they hadn't & sent her interview date to the wrong address. Leah investigated that as well & found out that someone stole my Mom's identity to get a green card. Even when we were so close to the end of Mom's process than the New Zealand govt came up with hiccups of more money & she has to fill this out & wait a couple of months which we had none of. My family & I did not have any more time, money or heart ache to give. We were done. Leah LIKE A BOSS that she is worked her magic & got Mom home to us quickly. I know that God & His Angels assisted Leah with Mom's case because it was not easy to comb through the world's of governments to get Mom here. But I also know that it was easy for God & His Angels to assist Leah because of her heart, her brains & her pure intentions. One of our favorite things about Leah & her team is that it was all about US & MOM & getting her back home ASAP. It was never about money. Another fave thing about Leah is that she never had us in wonderment. We were always promptly informed via phone calls, texts & emails!! Our experience of Leah was Peace, Clarity, Freedom, Joy, Love & LIVING OUR DREAM NOW OF CARING FOR MOM FINALLY. Touching Mom, kissing her, her holding our babies she hadn't met, her scolding our babies is all because of Leah. Our greatest fear was Mom because of sickness & age she would die in Samoa. But because of Leah & her team Mom is alive & thriving Living with us happily ever after. Leah is now our attorney for life in whatever services she provides & we deserve! After 1 year of hiring them we got Mom back, Leah is da Bom!!! We Love her & her team & we are forever grateful!!!! THANKU THANKU THANKU LEAH XOXOXOXO :D
I paid her 2300 in total with fees and all to help with my status and never spoke to her once. She was never in the office or she was always busy when I called. Her assistant spoke with me more and helped me out. When I was calling to see what else I need to do that would help me get approved she was no where to be found. I always got letter in the mail from the immigration office aging I need more information but my attorney I hired to help was just taking my money and not getting back to me. I get a note later saying that I got denied and I called them and I got no answer. I was better off doing it myself because that how it felt with the whole process.

I would highly recommend her to others....
thank you leah for your help ,godbless you and your family very satisfied for the help that you done for me ,im not forgetting about you ,I give you a promise, faafetai leah
