We have a blended family. We consulted with Attorney Lea Shelemey about parenting time issues. Her response was thoughtful, and considerate of our family’s needs. We had been through the traditional litigation model and despite our best efforts, the other party continued to be non-compliant in nearly every respect, and (more distressing) randomly withdrawing court-ordered parenting visits/time.
