Having earned his J.D. from the University of West Virginia in 1997, Lawson D. Spivey, III has more than 20 years of experience in personal injury litigation, and he frequently appears in Virginia state courts. He’s worked on cases including wrongful death and personal injury (automobile accidents, premises liability, slip and falls), restaurant liability and food preparation, sexual abuse, and medical and dental malpractice.
