I am not from Nebraska, but I was pulled over while I was traveling through the state. My car was searched, and I was arrested. I called Mr. Whelan, and he took care of everything. He was able to get all of the evidence thrown out, and the felony charges against me were dropped. I can't begin to explain how amazing of a lawyer he is.

Very poor representation during court. Switched attorneys on me before trial..reason was because Lawrence had trial that day for someone else. Never did any type of evidence gathering, seemed to always act suprised/taking notes down on something that had already been discussed and had notes on. Very expensive. Overcharged on things that should havent been charged on. Me personally , i regret hiring these guys and if I could go back and fire them before my trial I would have. They totally let me down as a client , were quick to hurry and settle a deal, without even attempting to do any questioning of the opposing party. These guys are pathetic and exactly opposite of aggressive.
