He seems like a great attorney on the initial consultation, but as soon as you pay him, his whole attitude changes. He almost ruined my whole life..........by almost messing up my whole custody case...........I only found out there was a pending hearing because after Chadband went to court to have a judge sign off that he didn't have to represent me anymore, I was served papers by a person that serves court papers. Worst attorney in Polk County. I pray that he finds a new career or that people read this and take it seriously and don't use him. He does not deserve your money, and he will not be supportive during the difficult time you are facing in a legal conflict.

We hired and paid him 2,500 dollars to file a custody case for our son regarding his daughters. He said 7 days he'd have them. He said he was fileing she would be served. A month later our son was served by her his office never filed. Said he was calling his private invistorgator never did. He told us to invistagate. He cancelled our first court hearing not telling us and said oh that was for visatation then ten months later we went to court he tried to cancel judge declined she had no lawyer and no witnesses our son had seven witness attend. Chadband told me to go home and take a valum he asked our son if her breast were real. She wrote and signed our sons name on a threat letter which she sent to the judge via email and chadband saiD the email was being checked and shed go to jail a total lie. At court he refused to call one witness for our son. Took him a week of our calls for him to say he gave her the children. He never gave our son any paperwor k. Etc
