Laurie Brewis worked for me as an HR executive and as a labor and employment law staff attorney. She was bright, well versed in the law and an excellent communicator. Laurie was Chief Negotiator on several union agreements during our work together. She also handled arbitrations, NLRB cases, and a variety of employment lawsuits. The healthcare system for which we worked had over 20 labor agreements at the time of my retirement as Corporate VP of HR. Laurie left the organization shortly before I retired to take a VP job with another healthcare organization.
